The Ravenna Elks Lodge, currently under construction, will be a 10,300 SF bulding located at 776 North Freedom Street, Ravenna, Ohio.
A banquet room, member bar/lounge, kitchen area and multi-purpose room with internet access are features of this new building. In order to assemble a site for a new Walgreens, JND approached the Elks and offered to relocate them from their current Main St. location into a new facility. The new location and building design is the result of the Elks leadership and membership working in a close relationship with JND and its team of architects, engineers and contractor. Once completed in the Spring of 2008, the B.O.P. Elks #1076 are assured of a wonderful new home as they celebrate their 100th Anniversary in Ravenna.
This project is an example of how JND's unique ability to take on challenging projects and successfully work with communities, city governments, neighbors, and in this instance an entire membership. to collectively achieve positive economic growth and new development, all for the betterment of the community.
